As a locally owner-operated business, Party Factory respects each of our customers needs, from large to small, whereby providing the highest level of customer service is the hallmark of our operation. With event services and rentals prices increasing around every corner, Party Factory Events has found ways to offer rates at or below those of the big event rental companies, without compromising on our quality of customer service. We are able to do this because our tighter scale of operation challenges us to find ways to run as economical as possible. With our owner's hand's on involvement and small staff size we are careful to not allow waste in our business practices or resources. For example, by doing without an expensive showroom, we instead devote time and resources to be able to personally meet with our customer's on their event site for a hands on understanding of vision for their event. We are able to offer extremely low delivery rates by combining trips and advance schedule planning, reducing our overall trips, fuel costs, and in turn reducing our carbon foot print. We also partner, rather than compete, with other local event companies located in other parts of the metro area. By partnering, we are each able to offer a much wider range of event services, supplies and rental equipment than are available from the large event companies."
In the changing landscape many Churches have moved to livestream their weekly services. While this is a great way to keep in touch with your congergation the digital space can be competitive and if your production is not organized and profestional you may loose your audience. There are several options including all in one video switchers, software switchers, audio capture devices and almost endless cameras. We have been weeding though the new and old options to come up with effective and reasonable solutions to get your church broadcasting Live.
One of the largest prooblem we face right now is a lack of equipmentinventory around the country because everyone is in the same boat. But we have been working hard to secure a small selection of equipment and make it available to demo/rent so your church can see first hand how everything works.
We have a full turn key rental system which can have you livestreaming within hours, and if you want to install some perminent equipment we sell and install everything as well.
Party Factory Events has been growing. We have been adding larger tent structures with unique features that allow for stages, lighting and other options that will help you produce a unique event.
We offer competitive Weekly, and Monthly rental rates. If you would rather buy than rent we can also help you buy and install a tent.
For tents our 30' wide clearspan tent can acomidate drive-thru large vehicle access, The 20x20 high peak tent can be built in to a custom lounge. Our 10x20 festival tents line up to create a clean run of vendor tents. Some tents can encorperate wind operated flags and kinetic sculptures on top.
For stages we use Biljax brand platforms in 4x4 sections and they start at a 6" riser up to 30" height beore needing ADA handrails, we also have ADA rated stairs, Handicap ramps, and custom hardware to adjust to almost any terrain. Our stages can be setup indoor or out, and we also have options for the top surface like, Pine Wood style or Persian Carpet Flooring.
We also custom build structures, either with spandex for sun shade, or load bearing for lighting and sound drops. We use industry standard certified box truss, pipe and rigging hardware. Common requests are for wayfinding and entry archways at street festivals with banners and other information materail attached, or with lighting for stage or ballroom effect lighting.

Rental Period's / Policys
For all rentals excluding; Electronics, Stages, Tents and Truss structures the listed rate is the 3 day rate so it accounts for the delivery/willcall day, event day and pickup/return day. If you need the rentals for additional days the next price point is the 5 day rate which is double the 3 day rate.
Electronics/Effects the listed rate is the 24hr rate If you need the rentals for additional days the next price point is the 3 day rate which is 1.5x the 24hr rate and the 5 day rate with is 3x the 24hr rate.
For deliveries before or after regular hours (9-5) or on Sundays there is a $50 charge. Never an additional charge for Willcall on Sunday.
Deposits are 50% of total rental quote. All deposits are non refundable.
Changes on most rentals are allowed up to 5 days before schduled delivery/pickup date. Changes are subject to availability, cancelations or changes that drop the invoice price below the current amount paid will not recive a refund. Any refunds due to double payment or over charging will be refunded via Check. Tents, Stages, Truss Structure, and any items marked Special Order; changes anytime after booking forfit the 50% deposit
Delivery rates include both delivery and pickup of your rental. "Curb Side" delivery, as long as we can safely get our truck to the location we will deliver next to the truck. For "Backyard Delivery" where we need to transport the items beyond the trucks location we can calculate the extra charge. Setup is also available for an additional charge. Delivery is subject to availability, $200 minimum rental for all deliverys.
We accept Cash, Bitcoin, and Major Credit Cards. We only accept checks for invoices to establised accounts. All rentals must have a credit card on file regardless of final payment method.
Delivery in the local area is flat rate based on city. Delivery is a "Curb Side" delivery, meaning we deliver to a location directly accessible by the truck. If you like we can quote "Backyard Delivery" so we can take your rental items directly to your event space such as a backyard or inside a building. We can also provide setup please ask for a quote. The delivery rate is based on a single truck load, for most events a single truck load is all that is needed, for larger rentals or rentals requiring multiple trips the delivery rate will be adjusted accordingly. Rentals must be a minimum of $200 for delivery (before the delivery charge), for orders under the minimum a surcharge may be applied.
Now providing Penske Truck Rentals. Having a large weekend event or tight times for your venue such as at a public park? We can set you up with a truck that fits your needs, with pleanty of room for your rentals, and anyting else you may need to put in to it. We can setup the truck rental at the same time as your event rental.
